The venue
Greenhill Farm
Set in a beautiful valley on the edge of the Greensand ridge within sight of the North Downs.

What is the cancellation policy?
You are free to cancel your pitch purchase up to 4 weeks before the fair. A full refund will be given.
When can I set up my pitch?
Sunday from 7:30am to 9:30am (recommended). There’ll be signage and someone on site from 7:30am to direct you.
The fair is advertised to the public from 10am to 3pm. In previous years the busiest time has been the morning.

Where will my pitch be located?
On the day you’ll be directed to your pitch location. Your exact pitch location will be decided a few weeks before. Outside vendors, trailers and campers will be outside by the entrance.
Is there parking on site?
There is parking on site for both vendors and the public. You can unload and transport items to your pitch space. All vehicles must be removed from the public area by 9:30am sharp. Trading vehicles and mobile bars are an exception.
How big is my pitch?
You’ll be allocated a pitch size of 2m × 2m. Outdoor vendors and trailers have a larger outdoor pitch space.
Are there any restrictions on styling?
It is your space, so please feel free to decorate it however you want. You’ll need to supply your own tablecloth and any special styling to enhance and make your stall look inviting.
Internal vendors will be issued with a table (6ft × 3ft). It’s up to you if you want to use it or use something else to display your products or services.
Is there power (electricity) on site?
Everyone will have access to 240v power. Please bring your own extension lead if you need one.
Are there toilets and running water on site?
There will be working toilets on site with basic wash facilities. There’ll also be access to running water (hose).
